Terms of sale

The owner of the online store www.proposito.ee (hereinafter Proposito) is Proposito OÜ (registry code 11627727) located at Laki 6, 10621 Tallinn, Estonia. Customer service and information of the Proposito online store: Mon-Fri 10:00 - 16:00 e-mail info@proposito.eu / (+372) 56201010.

These terms of sale apply to www.proposito.ee and the buyer (hereinafter Buyer) when purchasing goods.

Proposito reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale in accordance with the law. These changes are reflected on the website www.proposito.ee .

In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the Proposito online store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1. Purchase instructions

1.1. Price of goods

The prices of all goods in the Proposito online store include 20% VAT, if required by law on the product label.

In pricing the goods, we follow the mandatory or recommended sales prices given by the manufacturer.

Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the expiration date of the order (7 days after the order is placed).

If the order has been placed before the conditions of sale or prices have changed, the legal relations between the Buyer and Proposito shall be conducted by the conditions in force at the time of placing the order.

Proposito reserves the right to change the prices of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.

The price of transport is added to the price of the goods. The fee for delivery of the goods depends on the location of the Buyer and the chosen method of delivery (see clause 2). The delivery fee is displayed to the Buyer when placing the order.

LOYAL CUSTOMER DISCOUNT

The Buyer who has created (registered) a customer account with the password in www.proposito.ee has a price discount till -5%, which is automatically applied when logging in to the account (the Buyer then sees all goods 5% cheaper). In addition to the permanent discount, the products selected every month are up to 50% cheaper than the regular price for regular customers. Information about the monthly special offers can be found on the Proposito e-store website.

1.2. Selection of goods

Information about the goods is provided in the Proposito online store directly next to the goods.

We sell certified goods of controlled origin and inspect the products before they are put up for sale.

Select the appropriate product category

Select the product and quantity you want and click the "Add to cart" button

When you have finished adding products, click "Continue shopping"

If you have filled the shopping cart and clicked the "Continue shopping" button, you will be given the opportunity to create a loyal customer account or buy as a guest, or log in as an already registered user.

To place an order, fill in the required data fields, select the appropriate method of product delivery as well as the method of payment (see section 1.4). The total amount of the order is then displayed on the screen.

Before placing an order, you can also add notes and instructions in the comments window, which may be useful when placing an order or delivering the goods.

Before clicking the "Order" button, you must check the "I agree to the terms of use and fulfil them" box.

The information you publish is confidential to us. We only use them to fulfil your order.

A corresponding notification will be sent to your e-mail together with the invoice regarding the registration as a user and the order placed. After registering, you can view information about your orders, discount coupons and paid invoices on the "My Account" page, and change your contact information.

If you want to receive a newsletter and special offers by e-mail, tick the "Subscribe to newsletter" box or subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of the www.proposito.ee homepage. The newsletter is sent once a month, in addition a notification about promotional campaigns is sent off maximum of twice a month.  The newsletter contains topical and interesting information for people with a nature-friendly and healthy lifestyle. In addition, the newsletter may include discount coupons as a gift, information about new brands and new products. We do not distribute newsletters from other manufacturers to our customers.

If you have any questions or would like more information about a product, contact us via info@ proposito.ee. Write the title and code of the article you are interested in next to the information request. We will reply to you within two working days at the latest.

When choosing goods, please pay attention to the volume of goods. Sometimes the product in the picture may mistakenly appear larger or smaller than it actually is. To avoid misunderstandings, check the volume and / or weight in the product description and make sure that you wanted to buy this product before confirming the order.

1.3. Choice of delivery address and means of transport

After entering your details, you will be asked to select the appropriate delivery method. Shipping options and prices are displayed to you accordingly to your country of location. You can add and edit addresses, and mark different addresses with convenient short keywords (e.g. home, work, foreign country, etc.).

Residents of the Republic of Estonia have a choice between different transport services, international shipments are made via currier. You can read more about the transport options in sections 2 of the shopping guide.

ATT! Choose your delivery method carefully and check your mailing address and contact information. Incorrect selection of the parcel machine or writing an inaccurate address and telephone number may be the cause of additional costs for the Buyer. If you notice an error after placing an order, write to us immediately at info@proposito.ee or call the customer service phone number (+372) 56201010 of the e-shop at 10: 00-16:00.

1.4. Payment

If you want to pay in the e-shop with a gift card, contact us via info@proposito.ee

After choosing the type of transportation, you can choose the most suitable method of payment. You can pay via Swed, SEB and LHV bank payment links; by bank transfer; through a PayPal account or Visa / Mastercard (credit) card.

Using the "Bank transfer" option, you can pay from any bank to the account stated on the invoice. ATT! When paying by bank transfer, it takes longer to complete the order, as we have to manually check the receipt from the bank. If you want to speed up the processing of the order, then after making the transfer, send the payment order in pdf format to our e-mail info@proposito.ee.

Details for making the transfer are indicated on the order / invoice form.

Customers residing outside the Republic of Estonia can conveniently pay via Paypal account, bank transfer or Visa / MasterCard (credit) card.

With the contract for the sale of goods, Proposito undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the existing, manufactured or future acquired goods and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Buyer. The Buyer undertakes to pay Proposito the amount indicated on the invoice for the goods and to accept the goods.

Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 7 days after the order is placed.

The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of the payment made by the Buyer to the Proposito bank account.

Should the product you have selected and paid for be out of stock for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and at your discretion:

1) we offer an equivalent or more expensive replacement product instead, without asking you for a price difference;

2) we will send you the product when it arrives in the warehouse again, informing you in advance about the new arrival time;

3) we will refund the purchase amount (incl. Delivery costs) immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

 

 

2. Delivery of goods

We ship worldwide! The costs of sending the goods are borne by the Buyer (except for orders within Estonia for parcel machines that exceed 30 € without shipping costs), corresponding price information is displayed for each shipping method.

Orders within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the Buyer within 1-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract (this time may be extended to 6 working days in case of an order placed during a larger campaign). We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible. If the goods have not reached you on the 7th day after payment, please contact us to find out the reason for the delay.

Goods are not picked up and shipped out on Saturdays and Sundays and during public holidays. Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday evening will be shipped the next business day. Also applies to the "I pick up the goods myself" delivery option.

Delivery takes 7-14 working days in Europe, 28 days outside Europe. *

2.1. Delivery within the Republic of Estonia

2.1.1. SmartPOST

Your products will be delivered to SmartPOST parcel machines located in almost every city in Estonia. SmartPOST parcel machines work like self-service post offices located in shopping malls and are also open in the evenings. As soon as your order has reached the destination SmartPOST machine, the corresponding door code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS, with the help of which you can open the mailbox. You can find the locations on our website if you choose SmartPOST as the delivery method.

Delivery with SmartPOST takes up to 2 working days on average. *

The storage time of the parcel in the machine is 7 days, then it is returned to the sender.

2.1.2. SmartKULLER

Your products will be delivered five days a week (M-F) the day after order has been processed, if the order is placed before 16.00 (except Saturday, Sunday and the smaller islands). The customer can choose a suitable period for receiving the package (9.00-17.00, 17.00-21.00 or at any time) and order the goods for work or home. The period of arrival of the parcel is sent to the customer on the morning of the day of parcel delivery with an SMS message. The courier calls the customer 15 minutes before arrival. If it is not possible to deliver the parcel to the customer the first time, the courier will agree on a second time, if necessary. According to the customer's wishes, it is possible to redirect the parcel to a suitable parcel machine at no extra charge. The parcel is handed over to the customer on the basis of a unique code, which is sent to the customer via SMS.

2.1.3. Omniva

1) registered consignment

Your goods will be mailed either by registered letter or registered mail:

The registered parcel is issued to the recipient at his place of residence or place on the basis of a signature. One attempt was made to issue. If the shipment cannot be delivered, a notification of the shipment's arrival will remain in the recipient's mailbox. Based on the notification, the cargo is delivered to the recipient from the nearest post office indicated in the notification.

We send parcels up to 2 cm thick as a maxi letter.

The registered parcel will be delivered to the post office of your place of residence. A notification about the arrival of the parcel will be sent to your mailbox. A parcel over 2 cm thick will be sent as a postal parcel.

The average delivery time is 2-5 working days. *

The package is stored at the post office for 15 days, then it is returned to the sender.

2.1.4. Omniva parcel machine

Your order will be delivered to Omniva parcel machines, which are located in almost every city in Estonia. Omniva parcel machines work like self-service post offices located in shopping malls and are open 24 hours a day. As soon as your order has reached the destination Omniva parcel machine, the corresponding door code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS, with which you can open the mailbox. You can find the locations on our website if you choose the Omniva parcel machine as the delivery method.

The average delivery time is 2 working days. *

The storage of the parcel in the machine is 7 days, then it is returned to the sender.

2.2. Delivery elsewhere in Europe and other foreign countries

We deliver the goods as a registered shipment to all other EU and non EU countries. We send parcels from Estonia with Omniva, who delivers the parcels to the post office of the destination country.

The goods will be delivered within an average of 4 working days from the receipt of the payment. [JS1] 

We will notify the customer when the goods have been shipped. You will receive a special code to track your parcel, with which you can track the movement of the parcel from the website www.omniva.ee.

The delivery time depends on the speed of the mail delivery services. More detailed information on the speed of mail delivery services for the order can be obtained from the website of the local postal company or from the customer support of the Proposito e-store (info@proposito.ee, +372 5 6201010 Mon-Fri 10.00-16.00). On average, parcels should arrive in Europe within 14 working days, outside Europe within 28 days. * (* All delivery times are indicative and may depend on circumstances not defined by Proposito. When ordering goods outside the European Union, the possibility must be taken into account that if the order exceeds a certain amount, the goods may be subject to customs taxation (information on the tax-free limit can be found on the website of each country's Tax and Customs Board or other similar organization).

The price of sending abroad depends on the weight of the goods. The program calculates postage according to the weight of the goods.

Currently, transport prices to Europe and other foreign countries are fixed per package as follows:

0-500g / 10.68€

500-1000g / 14.28€

1-2 kg / 17.89€

2-4 kg / 21.48€

4-6 kg / 23.88€

 

 

 

3. Where can we actually see our goods?

Our goods are presented in Estonian chains. If you have questions about the goods, please contact us via info @ proposito.ee .

4. Special orders

If the Buyer wishes to order goods in a larger quantity - for example, for resale, corporate gifts or other events, then we recommend contacting us - info@proposito.ee., that we could make you the best possible price offer.

5. Privacy and Security

The privacy and security of customer data is important to us. Proposito uses the personal data entered by the Buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the orders and send the goods to the Buyer. Proposito transfers personal data to transport companies in order to deliver the goods.

Proposito will send newsletters and offers to the Buyer's e-mail address only if the Buyer has expressed a wish to receive direct mail notifications (tick the box "Subscribe to the newsletter" or enter the newsletter recipients at the top of the Proposito website). The Buyer can delete his customer account and information from the Proposito database at any time and unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by e-mail. 6. Return of goods

After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Proposito online store within 14 days

In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address  info@proposito.ee no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The standard withdrawal form can be found here: withdrawal form

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, Proposito has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The Buyer has no right of withdrawal for products that are not eligible for return for health or hygiene reasons and if it is open after delivery.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for the return is due to the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Proposito shall return to the Buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the Buyer under the contract (including the costs of delivery of the thing incurred by the consumer). Proposito returns the amount paid by the Buyer to the same account from which the payment was made.

The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the Buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item (e.g. a check from the transport company), whichever comes first.

If the Buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Proposito, Proposito is not obligated to reimburse the Buyer for the cost that exceeds the cost related to the normal delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the goods back from the Buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

7. Return of defective goods

The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to contact Proposito within a week at the latest, by sending an e-mail to info@proposito.ee  or by calling Mon-Fri 10:00 - 16:00 by phone:  (+372) 56 201010

In the event of a discrepancy / defect:

Make a picture of the packaging and the product

Send pictures and a description of the defect by e-mail to info@proposito.ee

Indicate your contact details in the application

 

If the goods purchased from the Proposito online store have defects for which Proposito is responsible, Proposito will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, Proposito will refund to the Buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

Proposito will respond to the Buyer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

8. Seller's rights and obligations

The Seller may make changes in the purchase instructions of the Proposito online store without notifying the Buyers separately by changing the information on the website.

The Seller may withdraw from the purchase and sale order agreement entered into on the basis of the order if the Buyer has not paid the invoice within 7 days after submitting the order (see the "Payment" section of the purchase instructions).

If for any reason the ordered product has run out of stock or it has become impossible to sell it, we will offer the Buyer equivalent or better goods instead. If the Buyer does not wish to replace the selected goods, we will return the money paid no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

We are not liable for any damage that may occur to the Buyer due to technical problems. Technical problems are factors that are independent of Proposito, such as Internet outages, server failures, and so on.

Proposito is not responsible for the subsequent delivery of the ordered product in the event of a delay by the post office and for other reasons beyond our control.

These terms and conditions, and purchase and sale order agreements are processed abiding the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Any disagreement will be resolved through negotiations in regard to the best interests of the Buyer in order to find the best possible solution.

If the Buyer has any complaints regarding the Proposito online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@proposito.ee or call (+372) 56201010 (Mon-Fri 10: 00-16: 00). 

If the Buyer and Proposito are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the agreement concluded between the Buyer and Proposito.
